Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This model has automatic load sensing which allows the Washer to determine the optimum water required to wash the items in the Washer basket. You cannot select the water level manually. However, if you prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. There is also a “Deep Rinse” option. Both can also be added to every wash automatically, if preferred, by customizing the “My Cycle” Settings. You can learn more about these options on page 14 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. Lauren@GEAppliances
