Q: QuestionI'm looking to purchase a new washer. I'm wondering how would I add baking soda to the wash? I see that i can add Vinegar to the custom add in the flex dispense but wondering about baking soda? I have a front loader now and i pour both into the drum.

• A:Answer You can add it in the dry mix/powder location or right with your clithes. Some people premix water and baking soda and use the liquid section.

Q: QuestionHow do I unlock the control panel in this model? The user's guide tells you to hold 2 buttons down for 3 seconds, and one of those buttons does not exist on this model. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in but cannot get the machine to restart.

• A:Answer Hello- Thank you for your question. We are sorry to hear your door isn't locking. During the load sensing portion of the cycle, the lid will lock and "SEnSing" will scroll across the display. When load sensing is complete, the lid will unlock. If that isn't happening for you, we recommend resetting the electronics by unplugging the washer for a couple minutes. • A:Answer Hi, and thank you for reaching out to us. Not all models have temperature management system listed in the features for that model. These washers do add hot and cold water as appropriate to meet an approximate temperature range; however, this can vary by model. On these models, we cannot provide specific target temperatures. In general, non-Energy Star models that do not have a temperature management system the target temperature for hot water is approximately 90-100 degrees (+/- 10 degrees) if the incoming water temperature is 135F. • A:Answer Doesn't require, but if the water sourxe is untreated or you ise hard water. A cleaningbis recommended every month! There are simple wash remedies on the internet. Vinegar is a common one and very effective.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone else’s flex dispenser drawer have standing water in the different compartments where detergent goes after the load is finished? Mine does every time and I have to remove the tray and dump the water out or soak it up.
