QuestionWhen i put my bedding to wash it always comes out super wet still, when i do a drain and spin cycle it sometimes puts more water in?!!! When i do NOT have rinse selected?! And then it takes me another 2-3 times to finally get my bedding dry!!! Ugh

- Answer I often have the same problem. Be sure to pick bulky wash. When you put the bulky items in the washer, put them in as a circle, leaving the bottom of the washer (center) visible. Loop the bedding in a circle, instead of just putting in.

QuestionOur washer has smells like stagnant water.. I noticed that after a wash cycle that there's still water underweight the drum/tub. I can't see the water but I can hear the water if I manually spin the drum. I thought all water should drain. Is this normal?

QuestionI know the specs say with the door open the washer's height is 58.5" I'm wondering if it will work with a cabinet above that is 55 3/4" high and only 12" out so the door will open so the door will be at a slight angle when it is fully opened

- Answer The lid must be opened all the way. Open it gently as this model's lid is prone to cracking and breaking the lower frame by the hinge if opened casually over a 18-24 months, after the standard warranty has expired. It is over $300 to repair unless DIY.

- Answer Yeah but you’d have to run it on heavy duty. If you overload it’ll try and auto balance the load. Good luck

When using the formula to find wattage, which is (A)*(V) = (W), we would get 1200 watts for normal run time. -- However, GE Appliances does not recommend or support the conversion of U.S. products for use outside the U.S. It is also important to note that GE branded appliances do not carry any warranty once they leave the U.S.

QuestionHave an issue with cycle round bottom it’s stuck on normal load not able to move for different washing loads

- Answer If there is a pause or interruption of the wash cycle while the washer is in use, this can cause the electronic controls to lock up. The pause or interruption during the wash cycle may happen unexpectedly, such as a power outage, or may happen purposefully, such as an action by the user. We recommend resetting the electronic controls on your washer by shutting off the circuit breaker or fuse to the washer or by unplugging the washer for 2 minutes. The wash cycle will need to be selected again and started after you restore power. This should resolve the issue. If the issue persists, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed.
