Many are manufactured in the U.S. and others are made globally to our specifications. The country of origin is shown on the Model/Serial rating plate as well as the packaging. While we can confirm the washer is manufactured in the U.S.. the matching dryer is manufactured globally. QuestionIs there a link to documentation on the various cycle parameters? I’d like to know the default water temp for wash and rinse, cycle time, spin, etc for each of the preprogrammed cycles.

- Answer Hi, and thank you for reaching out to us. Not all models have temperature management system listed in the features for that model. These washers do add hot and cold water as appropriate to meet an approximate temperature range; however, this can vary by model. On these models, we cannot provide specific target temperatures. In general, non-Energy Star models that do not have a temperature management system the target temperature for hot water is approximately 90-100 degrees (+/- 10 degrees) if the incoming water temperature is 135F. - Answer Doesn't require, but if the water sourxe is untreated or you ise hard water. A cleaningbis recommended every month! There are simple wash remedies on the internet. Vinegar is a common one and very effective.

QuestionDoes anyone else’s flex dispenser drawer have standing water in the different compartments where detergent goes after the load is finished? Mine does every time and I have to remove the tray and dump the water out or soak it up.

QuestionI see from other questions that this is an issue. We have tried the tangle control setting to almost no effect. We live in a drought area so using a deep fill to resolve the issue is unacceptable. Our old machine never had this problem. Other ideas?

QuestionI have “605” series washer. Can’t get a warm wash except for the Quick Wash cycle. Tech said the sensor turns off hot water valve prematurely as my water heater setting is too high. Tech said to lower water heater temp, but still can not get a warm wash.

- Answer Hi - Based on the installation instructions, we recommend the hot water coming into the washer be between 120°F - 150°F. With the incoming water in this temperature range, the washer should bring in a mix of hot and/or cold water to reach the target temperature of approximately 90°F for the warm wash setting. If you followed the prior technician's recommendation and turned down your water heater and the issue persists, it should be re-checked.
