Hi - We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this beautiful GEA induction range. The controls for the oven do have a Lock feature. If you press and hold the Lock pad for a full 3 seconds, the oven controls will not operate. While the induction burners do not offer a lock out feature, they will turn themselves off automatically if a burner is turned on without a pan, the wrong type of pan or one too small for the burner. We hope you find this helpful and that you choose this great range for your home. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
