My delivery drivers called me and were wondering the same thing, as they weren’t certified to install gas stoves. Near as I can figure, both the gas line and electrical cord are part of one “stove installation package” in Best Buy’s inventory and ordering system. My guess is bundling them like that makes life easier for someone somewhere in middle management.
