A:AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us. Your original Advantium is a 240 volt unit which we no longer offer. Any of our over-the-range style microwaves will fit in the same space. They do operate on 120 volts so you will need to provide the proper voltage and outlet. You will also need to use the mounting bracket and hardware packaged with the new unit. Here are a couple of models you might have interest in Profile models PVM9215SKSS, PVM9179SRSS or GE model JVM7195SKSS. We hope you find this helpful. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHi - Thank you for your interest in our Profile Advantium wall oven. We apologize for any confusion we may have created with the listed specifications. This unit requires 240 volts and a 30 amp circuit breaker or fuse to operate properly. We will make our dealer partner aware of this issue with the specifications and appreciate you letting us know. We hope this great model will work for you. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHi Tom - We certainly appreciate your loyalty! Model PSB9240SFSS can be installed in the same cabinet with JX2201 storage drawer (sold separately). This allows for retrofit into previous 240V Advantium (SCB2000/1) wall oven outlet. We suggest viewing the Installation Guide at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-40690-2.PDF - Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. A:AnswerHi - We appreciate you reaching out to us and for your interest in a new Profile Advantium oven. While we do not offer a direct replacement, this is the most comparable model we offer in terms of features. Please be aware the recommended cabinet cutouts are different when comparing your existing model to the new models we offer today. The Advantium ovens are more streamlined now. The recommended cutouts for the new built-in Advantium are: 17 1/2"H x 25 1/8"W. Your existing model lists the cutouts as 21"H x 28 1/2"W. We encourage you to double check the actual opening you have in your cabinetry to determine what modifications will need to be made for the new model. We hope our new Profile Advantium will work for you. Kind regards - Vikki@GEAppliances
A:AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in this beautiful Profile Advantium wall oven. Built-in cooking products are supplied with a 48" conduit to wire the unit directly instead of using a power cord. We recommend checking your local electrical codes to determine if this unit can be connected using a power cord. We hope you choose this great product for your home. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHi - Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in a new built-in Profile Advantium oven. Our current model is a PSB9240SFSS. There have been changes to the cutout dimensions needed for the new model. The new models are more streamlined and don't require the same size cutout as your existing model so be sure to review the installation instructions thoroughly to see what changes would be needed. We hope you find this helpful. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerI used the drawer to make up space for an older profile advantium and it worked perfectly. I do not have my model number nor am I familiar with yours. It adds roughly 4in under the microwave, adds function and looks good. It isn't cheap but neither is altering cabinets.

A:AnswerHi SurgeFix, Thank you for reaching out to us. The SCA2001FSS 02 is an over the range Advantium unit. The PSB9240SFSS is a built in model. For an over the range model, I recommend you look at the PSA9240SFSS model. Have a good day. Sadie@GEA
A:AnswerCheck the spec sheet on any of the drawer type or built in microwave oven. Almost all have convection and most are 25 to 30 inches wide. Check the height before you purchase as that is also a factor to consider.
A:AnswerHi - Thank you for your interest in our fabulous Profile built-in Advantium oven and we appreciate you making us aware of this situation with the different photos. The current built-in Advantium doesn't look quite like the model shown on our website or on Best Buy's site. We have made both teams aware and they are working to correct this. If you will reach out to us directly through private message on one of our Social Media platforms, we would be happy to provide you with an updated picture . We look forward to hearing from you and are confident that even with the minor appearance differences you will be delighted owning this great product. Wishing you all the best! Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerThe 220V model cooks much faster than the 120V - Same features but much faster. Shame GE doesn't show the oven wattage for each type of cooking.
