We are having the PI issue. We purchased this AC on 7/6/24 and it worked great last year with no error codes. We put it back in the window on 7/6/25 and have been running it for 3 days and have received the PI error 3 times. Had to pull the plug and drain, then it works again. I assume the warrantee is now expired. I would buy the extended warrantee,
