• Hi Kathyoe, thanks for reaching out! This model has a features called Wash Zones that may be just what you're looking for! Selecting either the Upper or Lower Wash Zones will target dishwashing of just one rack. This will shorten the cycle time and conserve energy. This option should be used when dishes are placed in only one rack. You can read more about the options that this dishwasher has available by taking a look at page 8 of your Owner's Manual.
