I had two of these and both stopped making ice after 8-9 months. The first one I took back and git anew one, the second time I figured out it has two bin sensors behind ice bucket in Shute where the ice comes out. These two sensors get calcium build up so the ice maker thinks the bin is full. Clean them with water and toothbrush and your ice maker will work like new.
