- Answer The side tank we offer as an accessory is the 3/4 gallon - P4AAKASSPSS. The 1 gallon side tank is included with select model Opals and is not listed as a separate accessory. We encourage you to reach out to Opal Support at 1-866-907-6718 for additional assistance.

QuestionI have a GE Profile 2.0 ice maker with side tank. Can I use the same side tank with this 2.0 ultra model or are they different?

QuestionI have had 2 of the previous version As they aged more frequent cleaning was required due to a black film accumulation that became more and more frequent. Now they give black nasty ice. Has GE solved this problem?

- Answer No, I am not sure if GE has resolved this problem. The new model includes a scale inhibitor filter now.
