“I have a brand new GE Profile side by side refrigerator (model # PZS22MSKKHSS). When I use the water spout on the front of the refrigerator there is a constant drip of water behind the spout. Is there an adjustment that can be made to stop this? Thank”

You have to run at least a gallon of water through spout. Once you do that, the drip of water should stop.

Hi Bebe - It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. On models with a grill drip tray, you will need to be removed periodically and wiped dry. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary.
