Hi Donna! We're sorry to hear about the error message and leak. We'll be happy to help you. If you experience leaking from inside or under the fresh food door on a refrigerator with the Keurig® K-Cup Brewing System, first make sure the K-Cup pod is pushed down into the brewer all the way. You should hear a snap or pop when the lower pin pierces the pod. If the bottom of the brewer is not pierced, water cannot flow through the pod and instead is released inside the door. If the pod is seated in the brewer properly, it is possible there is a clog in the brewer's upper and/or lower piercing pin. If this happens, the brewer will not work.
