We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will have it corrected. If you see ES at the end of the model number it is a Slate appliance. - Answer No, the PYE22KYNFS and GYE22GYNFS don't have the same refrigerator fan motor. The PYE22KYNFS has a net weight of 333 lbs; GYE22GYNFS has a net weight of 3660 lbs. Both models do offer glass shelves.

- Answer I can’t tell you. I ordered this refrigerator Feb 14, 2021. The delivery date for it has been changed 4 times by BestBuy - each time pushing it further and further out. Supposedly they will be delivering it June 3rd now, 3 1/2 months after purchase. If you’re going to buy it, buy it somewhere other than BestBuy. I am kicking myself that I hadn’t read all the horrible reviews of BestBuy before I walked in there.

QuestionPlease explain the difference between the precise fill and auto fill. Is it true that the Cafe series offer precise fill while the Profile series offer auto fill?

- Answer Auto fill allows you to walk away from the fridge as it fills up your cup. A sensor on the fridge determines the size of your cup and fills it up. Precise fill allows you to set an amount to fill to and then you hold your cup underneath to fill it. The water will automatically stop once the amount selected is reached.

QuestionAutofill and precise fill work great on some containers (pint glass) but lousy on others (sodastream bottle). Can we reset the sensor to improve performance on plastic water bottles? Or at least override the precise fill stop when I know exactly the amt!

- Answer Hi Precisereset - While the sensors are not adjustable, to stop dispensing, press any pad, including the AUTOFILL button. For optimum results, use a uniform container between 4-8” tall and 2-6” wide. Some models may have a shorter recess, and therefore the maximum container height may be slightly reduced. Handles, straws, and garnishes on the rim of the container my cause overfilling or variation in fill volumes. Ice in container may affect fill volume. Keep sensors clean with a clean damp cloth, and do not spray liquid or cleaners directly on sensors. QuestionNew refrigerator delivered 6 days ago. Set on 34 degrees. I bought a refrigerator/freezer thermometer to show how cold it is in the refrigerator. So far it only goes below 40-degrees when I push the Turbo Cool button. Should I be concerned? What to do?

- Answer I bought one of those and it did the same thing. They brought me another one and it does it too. Set at 34 degrees and usually is 42 or 43degrees when it hasn’t be opened.

- Answer Check your water filter by removing it and empty the water. Replace the filter making sure it’s completely tight by proper rotation. Immediately purge the air pressure within the filter and water system by using the water dispenser. This is for GE Profile and Cafe models. My Cafe refrigerator was manufactured in the year 2000. You may have to replace the water filter making sure it’s installed tight so that the sensors operate properly.

QuestionIs there a way to know what the actual temperature is inside of the refrigerator? I figured out how to set the temperature using the control panel on the door, but I don't see anywhere that the refrigerator tells you the current temperature.

- Answer The refrigerator and freezer do not have ability to identify their temperature. This is the only negative that I have with this model.
