It has two adjustable shelves.

Easy touch adjustable upper rack with 2 Stem Safe shelves can be quickly adjusted 2 inches up or down to accommodate tall glassware and 10 ½" plates with plenty of room in the bottom rack for large platters and cookie sheets. The overall height is 34" ( Height w/ Legs Retracted - Minimum Height = 33 3/8 in; Height w/Legs Extended - Maximum Height = 34 5/8 in).
