Q: QuestionWhat temperature does the warming draw go up to?
Asked by Ellie.
- A:Answer Hi Ellie- Thanks for viewing our GE Profile™ Series PGS920SEFSS! When using the warming drawer, we recommend using the food item recommendations listed in the Owner's Manual on page 21: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-85211-6.pdf - The temperature in the warming drawer will actually depend on the voltage at the house and the control selection. If the actual house voltage is lower than 120, the temperature goes down and on the flip side if the house voltage is higher, the temperature will go up. However, the temperature ranges are approximately: Lo 140 - 170° F; Medium (mid position on the knob) 170 - 210° F; Hi 215 - 250° F. We hope this is helpful! SUEatGEA

Q: QuestionScratches on GE Profile 920 SeriesHello, Love my Range since its delivery on the 24th of July but I notice that I am scratching the stainless front of the stove. When the stove was delivered I noticed a light plastic that covered some areas of the stove, is it possible to find this plastic? I am careful when using my range but it seems dents and scratches are inevitable. Please advise. Thank you
Asked by PJC.
- A:Answer We purchased this exact same stove and it was installed in June of 2022. We too love our stove. We are also having the same problems with scratches especially around the top of the front. While cleaning the top of the stove, I also noticed small scratches after lifting the burners. This is not a cheap stove. More thought needs to be put in on the type of the material that is used around the cooking area. Sorry that I do not have an answer for you.
