When using the warming drawer, we recommend using the food item recommendations listed in the Owner's Manual on page 21: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-85211-6.pdf - The temperature in the warming drawer will actually depend on the voltage at the house and the control selection. If the actual house voltage is lower than 120, the temperature goes down and on the flip side if the house voltage is higher, the temperature will go up. However, the temperature ranges are approximately: Lo 140 - 170° F; Medium (mid position on the knob) 170 - 210° F; Hi 215 - 250° F. We hope this is helpful! SUEatGEA

Q: Scratches on GE Profile 920 Series
A: We purchased this exact same stove and it was installed in June of 2022. We too love our stove. We are also having the same problems with scratches especially around the top of the front. While cleaning the top of the stove, I also noticed small scratches after lifting the burners. This is not a cheap stove. More thought needs to be put in on the type of the material that is used around the cooking area. Sorry that I do not have an answer for you.
