Yes, it has an exhaust fan output right below the door (above the counter protector). For us, the exhaust smells strongly like a campfire, this is with cooking on a smoke level of 5. It was enough to cause a burning sensation in our eyes and nose during the day while the cooking was going on.

I haven’t had any issues with smoke in my house, but I’ve been diligent to go through the entire smoke clearing cycle before opening the door.
