• Thanks for checking. No, it isn't dual rated. Per UL label, the unit is rated to 1400 Watts, so for a 120 V circuit it would be 11.7 Amps. However, at some times of operation the smoker will temporarily pull higher Amps. It is recommended to use a dedicated circuit for that reason. Joyce@GEAppliances
