“What is the lowest temperature this will go? I was wondering if it could potentially dehydrate my meat as well for jerky. Temps are usually at 160.”

• 170 is the lowest for customize. The keep warm function does go to 150.

• It goes down to a maintained 140 degrees. Yes it has the capability to do jerky.
