The Dry Boost uses hotter water and an additional heating element to effectively dry the dishes. There is not special ducting for Dry Boost. Than fan assist indicates the hidden steam vent pulls in the moist air from the tub to further help dry the dishes. As the vent takes in air instead of blows out, there is no filtering needed. The vent is located on the inside of the door at the top, so debris is not a problem. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John

saucers. The lower rack is best used for plates, saucers and
cookware items. Large items, such as broiler pans and
baking racks should be placed along the sides of the rack. The 3rd rack is the recommended location for silverware
