• Yes they did attach mines but i didn't see them do any leveling

• Yes, the 7-inch risers are attached to the washer and dryer with supplied brackets and screws. The washer was a bit squeaky at first when first spinning. But has now settled down to a quiet spin cycle. The bases do nothing more than raise the machines 7 inches off the ground. There are no storage drawers in them. They only make it easier to load and unload laundry. They level just like a regular set of machines.
