Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've found that with any digital antenna, the time of day you scan makes a difference. If I scan in the evening I get a different channel lineup than during the day. I'd suggest trying scanning at a couple different times and see what you get.

First, make sure that the antenna is fully extended on each end. This will allow the antennas dipoles to be fully extended for better reception. The antenna must be connected to the TV and connected to a power source at all times in order for the antenna to function properly. Once these steps are complete we suggest you run another channel scan. If you are still not able to access any channels, your antenna may be over amplifying the signal. We recommend that you turn off the amplifier behind the antenna and rescan for channels again. You can use a website like www.tvfool.com to find the direction your signals are coming from and locate the antenna closer to that direction. If the problem persists, please give us a call at 1-800-654-8483 option 1 and provide our Support Team with your ticket number 262088. We are eager to work together with you to get the best out of our product and help you with your concerns. We look forward to hearing from you.
