- Answer The headset, straps and instructions is all it comes with. All you need is your phone. No extra's required. Just plug in your phone and follow the directions to install software

- Answer No. It only works with Samsung phones. Model:s Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. There are several other VR headsets that are compatible with other brands of phones.

- Answer Best Buy's item description says it's compatible with Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. I don't know if the "active" phones are different.

- Answer Might be an incompatible app. Try the oculus app and see if it shuts down then. If it does, then you may have a phone or vr gear problem. If not. Then contact the app developer for a solution.

QuestionI have the SM-R323NBKAXAR it came with a spare usb 2.0 adapter. I have the Note 7 connectivity is fine. I also have a Note 5, I know I have to use the 2.0 adapter for it but I can't seem to pull the 3.0 usb out, I'm afraid I'll break it. Does it come out?

- Answer No. The Gear VR only works with Samsung phones. It's only compatible with Galaxy Note5, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. There are headsets that work with iPhones.

- Answer Both should be, the old generation only works with phones that have the 2.0 charging port, and the new generation has the option for both 2.0, and 3.0, and since they are the same price you should go with the new one.
