No, if you are asking if it comes in models specific to cell carriers. No, if you are asking if it only comes in a cellular model but if you don’t want the cellular then it’s not worth the upgrade from a series 2.

If you purchase the watch with cellular service, it must use the same carrier as your iphone. You cant mix carriers.
