QuestionDoes this item come in its original packaging?

- Answer The package I got was DJI packaging. However, included NO directions and was just like thrown in the box / bag. The box exterior was dirty and looked like it had been mishandled. This came in a separate "packed" box from Best Buy, so - SOMEONE actually packed it looking like this! Thankfully the drone works great... but disappointed in cost and presentation.

- Answer It seems to be that the defects are not with the drone but with the batteries. From what I have been reading.. the refurbished ones have at least one bad battery. Mine only had one bad battery but everything else works great, worth the buy.
