Thank you for your interest in one of our products. There is no subscription fee or services needed to use the Geeni devices. After you have the product, you just need to download the Geeni app from App Store or Play Store for free. And then you just need an internet connection, please make sure you are connected to 2.4 GHZ to connect your smart device in order for it to function then you are good.
