Just a note for anyone looking to upgrade the SSD, you will need to use a SATA m.2 80mm Drive. I'm using an old 250GB Sandisk Sata m.2 but I had it recognize a 1TB drive I have on hand as well with no problem An NVME m.2 will not boot on this machine, The pick up in responsiveness you get from having a ram cache on the ssd is pretty good, and the stock SSD only has one memory die on it so I wouldn't expect it to last if you churn through a lot of files on your device.
