- Answer Hello, . I use it for work in Word, Excel, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Etc. and I am very happy with this computer. I manage the files in the cloud and the programs from the computer and it runs very well. The ram memory and the solid disk make it fast.

- Answer Sims 4 recommends an i5 processor to run, so the GeoBook 240 will not be able to run it. I hope this helps!

- Answer Used and repaired, parts replaced...anything needed. It could also just be the box and contents were opened, or only cosmetic damage to it. They do check everything to make sure it's working properly and set back to factory settings. Make sure to look at the description and it will give you any details to the amount if any damage there is. This GeoBook though, head's up I will be returning. I bought it brand new and with no warning or reason it constantly powers off and I lose anything I was working on.

- Answer I was able to get this working once but it was really Flakey, the stream would drop out ever few min. I just use a Chromecast as that works much better on this device given I'm only trying to cast over chrome tabs. if your trying to cast other content that may be an issue for you.

- Answer Oculus Quest 2 has a minimum requirement of an i5 processor so the GeoBook 240 will not run it. Steam can be downloaded, but you will need to check the minimum requirements of each game you want to play. I hope this helps!

- Answer No the only upgradable part of this device is the SSD. if you choose to upgrade that your going to want to grab an 80mm m.2 SATA SSD as NVME will not boot on this device even though there are NVME settings in the bios.
