Is the delivery on release date guaranteed? null

Based on my recent previous experience while preordering The Last Of Us Part II, the disc came in on the Monday AFTER release date (06/22 instead of 06/19).By then I had already bought the digital copy via PlayStation so I could spend release weekend playing it instead of dodging spoilers. Your experience may vary.

I always get my pre-ordered game on the release date from Best Buy.
