Fans kick in and keep the unit fairly cool. It outperforms my Asus ROG with a gtx 2060 and runs much cooler than my laptop. I did by another 1TB nvme ssd and another stick of 16GB ram for it. To access the SSD slot to upgrade you will just need to remove the screws from the bottom panel.
After that the Storage and RAM are fully accessible/upgradable.

A:AnswerMy husband’s didn’t have it loaded that we just got a little over month ago.
My granddaughter who plays lots of games said people she knew who upgraded had problems with games after switching to 11.
We have not updated it as yet.
