• Other answer was slightly misleading, usb pd charging on this laptop is 100w according to another answer, that is not as fast as dedicated charger but hardly "low power." But it should be able to charge from one of the usb c ports.

• It would take forever to charge with a USB PD charger. PD chargers are designed for relatively low power devices like smartphones and some small tablets.
