A:AnswerUnfortunately, Best Buy... like every other retailer gives zero cares about any of us actually getting our hands on the cards. As long as they sell... it matter not who (or what) is buying them.
There are things (SIMPLE THINGS) that could be put in place to deter or help remedy some of the bot buy-up... but no one cares to take the time to do it.
