Sorry I don't have an official answer for you, but I'll give you two possibilities. 1. Scalpers bought a lot of these cards and returned them when they saw that E-bay sales were weak. 2. Gigabyte and Best Buy have worked out a deal of some sort. 3. People return them frequently because case requirements for this GPU, it just doesn't fit a lot of cases.
