• Hi Asker, Yes the RGB Fusion software will still function correctly even when using a PCIe Riser cable. Hope this helps! - John

• Should be using a 4.0 cable, but yes, RGB fusion will still be able to control the lights

• No. Video card drivers turn the rgb's on when fans spin
