- Answer Hi cab, good question. The USB cable is there to charge your hearing aid case. You can then charge your hearing aids by putting them in the case.

- Answer No batteries needed. It come with a charging case and cable. Just place the hearing aids in the case to charge. The case can also be used like a portable power bank for the hearing aids it can be charged and will recharge your hearing aids a couple of times with out having to be plugged into an outlet.

QuestionI bought a pair of the Go Prime a few weeks back and generally like them. However, one of them reproduces a tone differently than the other. When I whistle or hear a note played it warbles between ears as if two notes are played. Is that normal?
