“Will this device contact me if the temperature falls below a preset limit?”

I haven’t seen that feature in the app yet but that would be great if it did.

No notification. If your heat is set to 68 and temperature falls below 68 in your house then the heat just turns on to bring the temp in the house back to 68. No alerts or notifications are given.
