Yes, you just add it to your existing mesh. I originally bought the 3 pack and had to add a 4th for better coverage.

They operate alone or as additions to like equipment...basically you can add this to an existing one just like it and make it a mesh network of now 2 wifi devices or add it to an existing mesh network and increase its workload support and coverage or just use it as a single wifi router if you didn't already have one or replaceing a different faulty router.....but they don't play well with others not like them. They might connect but there will likely be a bottleneck and cause more frustration than benefit.

To take advantage of the new Wi-Fi 6E technology, mesh connectivity must run exclusively between Nest Wifi Pro nodes over the 6 GHz band.
