“What does open box mean? Includes the Google charger? Whats the state of battery?”

It mean its open yet may not be used just a open box and also include the charger

mine came without a charger and obviously no original packaging. Battery doesn't last very long, a full day of moderate use... don't know if new would last considerably longer.
