“Are these refurbished by Google or Best Buy? I'd feel more comfortable if these were fixed and refurbed by Google and not just Best Buy”

• You can mail them into Google but this takes time. If you're in a rush the geek squad would be the quicker way to go. The case and the buds are very nice. The buds have a resealable package so you never lose them!

• You can have Google repair them certainly, but this is all done through the mail and it's time consuming. I would prefer The geek squad because I can't wait that long. I learned the hard way it's always best to get the geek squad warranty.

• I think they are refurbished by Best Buy Geek Squad. My refurbished one was really good. It was reset to default settings and looked clean. No issues so far.
