Is this a Factory Unlocked phone? null

Nomots not an unlocked phone. It's a lie. I bought it. They wouldn't let me return it either. Even with in the 14 day period. Now I'm stuck with a phone in ant use. I even spoke with Google and they said to return it but best nuy wouldn't let me.

Carful they sent me the wrong one, but yes it was unlocked
