- Answer There are different plans. All plans are on a per camera basis. The more you add, the cheaper they get. I pay about $55 a month for 10 days of recording for 10 cameras.

- Answer As long as you are using some type of smart platform. I use a fire tv stick to monitor my cameras. I ask Alexa to show me (Name of Camera) and it works. It does take additional setting up , but works great!

- Answer It really depends on the glare, resolution, lights around it, etc...outside during the day you can see clearly from about 30 feet at high resolution during the day. At night this goes down to about 10-15 depending on if there light outside or not (the more light outside the better you can see). Being mounted inside I would imagine you would lose 3-5 feet.

- Answer Yes! The cameras are added to the nest app/account that is scanning the QR code on the camera during activation. You can add one camera to your account, and then use the other camera on a different account.

QuestionSo, these plug into any outdoor socket? My question would be, why wouldn't the intruders just unplug the camera? or do you have to drill through the wall and plug it in on the inside?

- Answer Just by approaching the camera the bad guys would be on video which is not stored on the camera. Yes it can just be unplugged but you will have video of them doing it. You can drill a hole through a wall to plug it into an electric outlet indoors. But if you do that why can't someone just walk up and smash the camera? Any camera outside can be compromised or simply covered.

- Answer If it is close enough, it would need to be within feet. This camera does not provide good enough video quality to have nice stills taken from feed. A squirrel about 15 feet away from my camera looks like a blur.

QuestionI bought a used set but in new condition when I hook them up at my house Can the person that I bought them from also see what I am seeing or does it automatically re-program when you install them on your own phone or computer with a new Account?

- Answer It will hook up to your nest account, so only you can see it, I changed my internet router and had to reprogram them with scanning the url code, so they are really secure. They will only hook up to your router

- Answer They have fire/carbon monoxide detectors they will notify you on your smart phone. They are not set up to go to fire station

QuestionThe max operating temperature from the specs is 103 F. I live in Phoenix, AZ and summer temps range from low 100's to 110+, sometimes in the 120s. Will this work here in Phoenix?

- Answer We have had no issues relating to heat with our outdoor camera in Las Vegas, NV. Do not know if a few more degrees will matter. It is mounted so the afternoon sun is not on the camera.

- Answer Although this will be fine, you may experience a glare off the window from the Nest Cam's Night Vision feature. To avoid this you can either disable Night Vision, move the camera further back, or place it flush against the window.

- Answer Not very far in my experience. To recognize a face on my camera they would need to look at camera and be within few feet, especially if you don't know the individual.
