The Nest Thermostat has 3 temperature preferences that you can edit based on the temperature that you want for these preferences. And, set them in 'Schedule' where you can choose the time and day on when these preferences would take effect. You can add as many preferences as you can fit in a day.

Please try again later.You can program up to 7 different days on the Nest, all done through the Google Home app. You can add basically as many changes in temp per day as you want, but it locks you out additional scheduling for about 30-60 minutes before the next set time, so functionally, you could program about 24 different time periods a day if you were inclined.
