Yes you can use a couple different methods to access websites via a chrome browser. If you are more than a novice android user and are familiar with sideloading then you can install the apk for chrome easily with the micro usb port via OTG cable or google drive through a file explorer, and the other method is accessing chrome through selecting a web link in the settings menu. Do a quick youtube search for step by step on the latter method. You will want a mouse and keyboard if you load chrome on this device as it's not optimized for Android TV with the remote as the primary input device.

you can side load chrome, but you will need bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I side loaded chrome, but cannot do much with it, no bluetooth keyboard/mouse
