- Answer The Pixel is exclusively with Verizon, however if you bought it at full retail price you should be able to activate it at AT&T

- Answer If you buy it from Best Buy, you'll need to pay full price to move it to a Sprint account, since the payment plan is done through Verizon. If you absolutely need the payment plan and don't want Verizon, you can buy the phone through the Google Store and finance it through Synchrony Bank.

- Answer Yes it will. However, if it's anything like the first gen pixel, you will not have VoLTE, WiFi Calling, and visual voicemail in the dialer.

- Answer You'd have to buy it outright at full retail. No issue popping in a SIM for a different carrier. Only caveat is the locked bootloader which stops you from rooting if you're into that. Some locations only allow Verizon account holders to purchase the phone - monthly and full retail.
