• Yes. I just popped in my att sim and it worked. This is technically a vzw phone but you can make it work with any company. You can uninstall most of the preinstalled software too. But with straight all you made need to go online and adjust the I'd number of the phone. I had straight talk before and that is all i did. But it's best to change the numbers within your account too.

• That is exactly what I did with mine when I bought it. I purchased it outright, then jumped around to a couple different services and it worked great. I used it with straighttalk, sprint, and total wireless without any problems.
