Q: QuestionCan you ship this phone to Indonesia?

Q: QuestionI cannot purchase Pixel 2 XL from google store because it does not accept foreign credit card. I am using it outside US. Will this one work? What are the differences between this and the one purchased from the google store?

• A:Answer You cannot use foreign credit cards online. In a store it can work, this phone is unlocked but has a locked bootloader (if you don't know what that means don't worry about it). Also, Pixels sold in the USA are not the same as there is a separate global model sold worldwide outside the US which has different bands for carriers.

• A:Answer I’m not a Best Buy team member but a frequent phone shopper. The version that Best Buy sells is unlocked and works on Universal GSM network. As for shipping, I don’t think they do business outside the US (base on my opinion).

Q: QuestionCan Best Buy change its description of the Pixel 2 to clarify what "unlocked" means? I was about to buy three today to use on T-Mobile but the sales person said they were locked for Verizon. You lost a $1949 sale because the T-Mobile offer expires today.

Q: QuestionT-mobile said theoretically yes we should be able to make it work with us. Best Buy customer service said no it is locked to Verizon. And all the wonderful people int he question forums said yes it should work. So which is it?!?!?!?

• A:Answer They should all carry the Pixel 2 on release day however not all stores will receive it at the same time; still call ahead to your local store and verify that they have received it.
