- Answer Not sure what your question is, but if you want to make a payment for cell service, you have to pay by phone or online, not at store. If you are referring to purchasing new phone? You can pay full price for phone, my understanding is if the phone is purchased at then discount price at best buy you are going back into contract to get discount price . Either way you will have to pay new equipment fee of $30.00 for activation

- Answer Usually the Best Buy and gets changed every Saturday. So if the sale ends, you can usually find that the other phone manufacturers will have a sale, in a cycle. Not always, but usually. Since I'm not sure which sale you were talking about, I hope this helped!

- Answer How long is a backorder with a Pixel 3? I ordered the Pixel 3 charging stand on CyberMonday expecting to wait until after Dec 12. Yesterday, Nov 29, I was emailed I can pick up the stand at BEST Buy.

- Answer I purchased mine from Best Buy on Black Friday and had it on Dec 3. My Pixel 3 took 2 weeks to arrive. Well worth the wait!

- Answer You have to payoff your any remaining phone payments before upgrading. Verizon will not allow you to upgrade without paying off the existing phone.

- Answer I don't think so, it has a built-in google migration tool and it doesn't work all that well with other phones, sometimes. But you don't really need it as long as you sync all your stuff with your Google Account
