• No contracts with Sprint. You are only tied to them for as long as you owe or lease a phone. If paid in full, you can walk any time.

• I'm still on the same plan without contract, however Sprint became T-Mobile but i'm still in the same plan with my family until no longer this phone works. So far so good.

• If this were my only phone I would not be tied into a contract with Sprint but we purchased the Apple X for my son at Christmas at Best Buy on the payment plan so I am tied into a contract with Sprint for 18 months
