I'm pretty sure it's available for both new & existing customer's on Sprint. If you click on the link beside the phone that is the actual name of the phone underlined in blue letters, it will take you to a whole new page. Which is where I read something like " get activated/connected on your account or sign up for a new account". I'm not quoting it 100% exactly but it also stated "once you choose a carrier to activate your new Google Pixel 4 on it will be locked to that carrier*" Fine print *some carrier's DO have the ability to unlock it.
