Something is WRONG with your transaction. It took me 2 days to get my Pixel 4XL (which I purchased from Best Buy) and then I went to my local Best Buy to activate it and transfer the data from my old phone. Simple enough.

Went to the store that same day and I had to re-do my upgrade. My order kept getting delayed, so I finally went to the store on 1/18 to see what was going on. They checked their system, and lo and behold, there was one Sprint version in stock. I would suggest going to you local BB and ask them if they can check their system, or try and persuade them to give you the unlocked version, which they have seem to have more stock on hand.
